Shall we trade in the first 30 minutes?

Introduction
Sometimes we hear people suggesting us not to trade in the first 30 minutes. Why is that so? Is it a good suggestion?

    they who want to up the price or down the price, usually do the opposite first.
    ask the big capital securities or the market maker…

    hehe, i only know [maybe] how to trade, when to buy, or when to sell, after i know who is the market maker of that stocks (my selected stocks), and do what they do, ….
    hehehehe…….

    hey… I wanted to upload some graphics but it was very slow. you know it. hehehe… :P
    it will be great if you know “the big players’ actions”. Following what they do is a logical stand. :)
